The Women's Southern Nevada Golf Association (WSNGA) is a voluntary non-profit organization founded to represent, promote, and serve the best interests of women's golf in Southern Nevada. The organization is the official representative of the United States Golf Association in Southern Nevada. The WSNGA is presently made up of 25 member clubs with over 2,900 members who have established USGA handicaps through one of our participating clubs.

The USGA conducts the U.S. Open, U.S. Women’s Open and U.S. Senior Open, as well as 10 national amateur championships, two state team championships and international matches. Together with The R&A, the USGA governs the game worldwide, jointly administering the Rules of Golf, Rules of Amateur Status, equipment standards, and World Amateur Golf Rankings. The USGA's working jurisdiction comprises the United States, its territories, and Mexico.

The First Tee of Southern Nevada, the leading youth golf organization that enriches lives and develops better citizens, ensures that participants learn the fundamentals of golf and its inherent values by providing accessible and affordable golf experiences including the life skills curriculum based Golf Fore Kids development program, the SNJGA Jr. Golf Tour competitive tournament program, and the Driving the Dream scholarship program for higher education.

The NNGA is a volunteer based non-profit organization founded to represent, promote and serve the best interests of golf in the state of Nevada. NNGA was founded in 1972 and has since served amateur golfers in Nevada. The NNGA's goals are to promote voluntary association of golf clubs and course facilities solely for the betterment of golf and to encourage good relations among members of the Association.

The Southern Nevada Chapter, Southwest Section, PGA of America is made up of professionals from Southern Nevada golf courses, and is a part of the larger Southwest Section that encompasses Arizona. The association holds tournaments for its members, volunteers time for various causes while running most of the best courses in Southern Nevada. The Southern Nevada Chapter is currently headed by Chris Cain, PGA Golf Management Director, Assistant Professor in Residence at UNLV, and other directors. Paul Brown is the Southern Nevada Chapter operations coordinator.

The Golf Course Superintendents Association of America is the professional association for the men and women who manage and maintain the game’s most valuable resource — the golf course. Today, GCSAA and its members are recognized by the golf industry as one of the key contributors in elevating the game and business to its current state.

The mission of the Las Vegas Golf Hall of Fame is to celebrate and bring awareness to players, administrators, benefactors, groups, instructors, teams, and other worthy golfers who have served the game of golf in Las Vegas in a positive and meaningful way; whether through performance on the course, volunteerism, financial support, promotion, or other dedicated service. A 16-person committee made up of Las Vegas golf professionals, media, amateur association leaders, and Hall of Fame members, oversees the voting process. The annual induction ceremony takes place during the week of the PGA Tour’s Justin Timberlake Shriners Hospitals for Children Open.

The sole purpose of the Medalist Golf Association is to provide low handicap amateur golfers the opportunity to play in individual scratch medal play golf tournaments. The Medalist Golf Association will strive to bring together the best golf facilities with the best amateur players in a competitive environment, which will allow its members the opportunity to develop and improve their individual golf games.
