Tournament entry forms for all Southern Nevada Golf Association designated events must be received at least five days prior to the first day of the event, and/or prior to the field becoming full. For state level championships the closeout date of the event may be earlier and will be listed in the specific entry information. Entries must be filled out completely and legibly, and must include full payment for the event. Incomplete entries will not be accepted. Full refunds (less a $10 cancellation fee) will be made if a player has a legitimate reason to withdraw, and the association office is notified at least 48 hours prior to the event. Tournament entries will receive priority in the order in which they are received.
